We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy in effect for all services provided. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via email or phone up to 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time. A charge of 50% of the treatment fee applies if cancellation notice is not provided within 24 hours. Payments are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
