The Solar Plexus Chakra is located two inches above the belly button, in between the ribs and is identified by the colour, yellow – the sun. Which is why it is associated with the Fire Element. It centers around personal power, courage, caring for self and
boundaries, self-esteem and self-worth. This is where we ‘feel’ when our power has been affected in good ways but also in negative ways, like when we feel anxiety and fear.
Balanced
When your Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced you are able to express your boundaries in a healthy manner, you have a healthy sense of self-worth and self- esteem. You cope with stress well and emanate life force from your Solar Plexus, you feel whole and calm. You accept self and others and fuse the spiritual and materialistic world with balance. You confront only when appropriate, take on tasks and complete them. You act in a leadership role without domination or self-glorification.
Out of Balance
You may express self- deprecating or arrogant and domineering behaviors, feel a lot of anxiety and fear in your solar plexus, have trouble with boundaries and have a great need for materialistic dependency.

Associated with this Chakra are: the digestive system, abdomen, lower back, spleen, stomach, gallbladder and nervous system.
Too Open
expresses a “bully’ archetype, ego, anger, affected appetite,
digestive problems, negative thinking, power and control issues.
Too Closed
Tired, afraid, overly serious, fear of taking charge or confrontation, fear of taking risks.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via email or phone up to 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time. A charge of 50% of the treatment fee applies if cancellation notice is not provided within 24 hours. Payments are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
